Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery and any tax we are required to collect are shown before payment. Stripe processes card details; Place Goods does not store your full card number.
04
Every object is embroidered after you order. Most orders are produced in 2–5 business days, then shipped. The checkout shows an estimated delivery range. Separate objects may arrive in separate parcels.
05
You may cancel up to 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. Email hello@placegoods.com for return instructions. Return the object unworn and in its original condition. You cover return postage for a change of mind; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.
