Printful produces each embroidered cap, tee or crewneck after payment. Production and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders / delivery / returns
Made there. Sent home.
Each object is made after you choose it. That keeps stock and waste down, but adds production time before the parcel moves.

Separate parcels
Caps and clothing can be made in different facilities, so one order may arrive in more than one parcel. You will receive tracking as each parcel leaves production.

Delivery regions
The first release ships to the United Kingdom and United States. Delivery charges and applicable taxes are shown before payment.

Changing your mind
Contact hello@placegoods.com within 14 days of receiving an item. We will provide return instructions. Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition.

Faults or damage
Email hello@placegoods.com with the order reference and clear photographs. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied objects will be replaced or refunded in line with your consumer rights.

Before ordering opens
Secure payment will open after the final production, delivery and customer-service checks. Your saved bag will remain on this device in the meantime.
